James Wilson, twenty six years of age, was driving his motorcycle north on Route 9.<\/strong> A Subaru Legacy, being driven by sixty one year-old Carol Guindon, was driving in the opposite direction on Route 9. Guindon attempted to make a u-turn on the road and turned directly into the path of Wilson on his motorcycle. Wilson slammed into Guindon\u2019s Subaru and was thrown off of his bike.
