Ronald J. Forsyth, 31, of Ryland Heights, Kentucky, and Spc. Jason S. Burnette of Manchester, Kentucky, were both killed in a single-car accident in North Dakota during a training-related exercise last week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/V3-5xNnqbaI\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"400\" height=\"280\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Two other Kentucky National Guard members were also injured in the motor vehicle accident and were transported to a local hospital for emergency room treatment. They were released after receiving treatment for minor personal injuries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maj. Gen. Edward W.
