This was after he <a href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/cops-truck-driver-facebook-time-fatal-crash\/story?id=20772843\">allegedly caused a fatal motor vehicle crash on Interstate 8<\/a> in Arizona, while using his cellphone to look at scantily clad women on Facebook.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/o7KxBFmaidg\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"400\" height=\"280\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The trucking accident occurred when Espinoza, who was driving an empty fuel tanker, barreled into three parked police cars and two fire trucks responding to an injury accident on the Interstate.\u00a0 Arizona Department of Public Safety officer Tim Huffman was killed in the tragic <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>truck accident<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.\u00a0 Espinoza was driving at 65 miles per hour at the time.
