According to a KING5-TV report, he was <strong>injured when an airbag he was working on in a parked Boeing 777 aircraft accidentally discharged<\/strong>. A few weeks after that accident, which occurred on the flightline near the Boeing Co.\u2019s Everett, Washington facility, <strong>Otto died from his injuries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Otto is survived by his wife and two sons, one of which was born four months after Otto\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>Otto\u2019s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Boeing this past Wednesday. They claim that <strong>Boeing acted negligently by failing to properly warn Otto and his peers of the hazards of working on a defective airbag system inside the aircraft<\/strong>.
