On Wednesday, November 14 at 7:30 p.m., a five-car crash in Berkley County, South Carolina resulted in the deaths of four people.

The fatal car accident occurred on a South Carolina highway near a busy intersection.

Tragic Death and Multiple Others Injured at Linkin Park Concert.

A Linkin Park fan has died and at least 19 others were injured when an advertising board fell on top of some concert attendees.

Linkin Park, a wildly popular American rock band, was headlining a concert in Cape Town, South Africa on Wednesday, November 7. Just outside of the Cape Town Stadium, where the concert was scheduled to take place, advertising boards were erected and propped up by scaffolding.

As concert attendees queued to get inside the stadium, strong winds toppled one of the large advertising boards and sent heavy scaffolding crashing onto a group of people.

Among those injured were concert goers and energy drink promoters. Emergency responders came to the scene and found close to two dozen individuals injured. Disaster management officials have reported that one woman suffered a wrongful death, three people remain in critical condition, and 16 others have personal injuries of varying degrees.

Florida Pilot Killed in California Plane Crash.

A man from Florida was killed on Monday, October 15, 2012 in an aviation accident in northern California.

Officials say that 75 year-old Andrew Hayden took off just before dawn on Tuesday, heading for the Marana Regional Airport near Tucson, Arizona.

The plane disappeared from radar soon after, however, and the wreckage from the plane crash was not discovered until Tuesday.

The wreckage from the airplane crash was found by a San Mateo County park ranger on a bluff near Half Moon Bay in California.  Investigators are sorting through the incinerated wreckage in an attempt to determine the cause of the aviation crash.
