Norwegian Asserts He Had Grander Plans To Kill.

Anders Behring Breivik testified recently that he does not regret killing 77 people last year in Norway, and only regrets not having killed more people.

Last year, Breivik killed 69 people at a political camp, many of whom were children, and detonated a bomb in Oslo that killed 8 more people.  Breivik stated that he had hoped to kill the Norwegian Prime Minister while at the political camp.  Breivik also stated it was not his strategy to kill only 69 people at the camp.  He says he had intended to kill all of the people at the camp.
